- Why publish prices when almost nobody else does?
- Because hiding them costs us the clients we most want. A ten-person practice that cannot tell whether an agency starts at $5,000 or $200,000 does not book a call to find out, it assumes the worst and closes the tab. Publishing means the people who do get in touch already know the shape of the number, and the conversation starts at whether we are the right fit instead of at money.
- Why are you cheaper than the quotes we have had?
- Two reasons, and we would rather give you both than the flattering one. First, overheads. We are a small studio running from Chiang Mai rather than a London or New York office, so our overheads are a fraction of a comparable agency’s. We pass that on. It is the reason the numbers above are lower, not a sign that the work is. Second, we have no client case studies yet, so we are not charging you for the certainty a portfolio and a reference list buy. On the numbers: a single scoped workflow runs $3,000 to $15,000 in the market and ours is $2,400 to $13,000; a scoped custom voice agent runs $5,000 to $15,000 and ours is $2,500 to $14,000; boutique agencies charge $5,000 to $25,000 for a custom site and ours is $3,000 to $18,000. Better than a freelancer, cheaper than an agency, and the reason is arithmetic rather than a discount.
- Are these real prices, or a teaser?
- They are real ranges rather than teaser floors, which is why every product shows three sizes and lists what moves the number. A six-page site is not the same job as a sixty-page one with three integrations, and pretending otherwise would just mean quoting you something different later. We put the actual figure in writing before anything starts, and it does not move afterwards unless you change the scope.
- Do we have to pay for an audit first?
- No, and we would rather you did not. The scan is free and instant and the twenty-minute call is free too, and between them they answer the question most firms are actually asking. The Roadmap exists at $750 for anyone who wants the whole picture written down, and it is credited in full against any project booked within 90 days.
- What is not included?
- Third-party running costs are yours: model usage, call minutes on a voice agent, API tiers, and the software licences you already pay for. We estimate them to the dollar up front, and if a design would be expensive to run we redesign it rather than passing you a surprise. Paid advertising, copywriting at volume, and anything needing a specialist we are not, are quoted separately or referred out.
- Can we cancel a care plan?
- Essential and Growth are month to month, cancel anytime, and you leave with your code and your accounts. Partner has a three-month minimum because it involves us taking over your roadmap and your vendors, and unwinding that in four weeks helps nobody.
- What if our budget is smaller than all of this?
- Say so on the first call. Sometimes the honest answer is that a $290/mo care plan on your existing site is the whole engagement, and sometimes it is that we are not the right people this year. Both are better outcomes than a project neither side can afford to do properly.
- Have you actually built an AI receptionist before?
- Not yet for a client, and we will not pretend otherwise. The website and visibility engineering is what we do every day and you can inspect it directly: this site is built the way yours would be, and the free scan will tell you how it scores against the same rubric we would run on you. The AI products are new lines. The price reflects that you are early, and the care plan means the risk of that sits with us rather than you. What we will not do is show you a case study that does not exist.
