My website gets traffic but almost no enquiries. What is wrong?
Usually one of four things, and they are cheap to check before you spend anything. The page does not say what you do in the first screen, so a visitor who is comparing three firms leaves. There is no obvious next step on the pages that matter, so the people who did want to talk had to go looking for a way to do it. It is slow on a phone, which is where most of them are. Or it reads as a brochure about the firm rather than an answer to the question they arrived with. We start by finding which of the four is costing you the most, because fixing the wrong one is expensive and changes nothing.
How do we get more clients out of the traffic we already pay for?
By treating the enquiry, not the visit, as the thing being bought. Google-commissioned research measured a 0.1 second speed improvement lifting retail conversion by 8.4%, and most small-firm sites are seconds behind rather than tenths, so speed is usually the cheapest win available. After that it is the ordinary work: say what you do above the fold, put a real next step on every money page, and make the pages answer the question the visitor actually typed. None of it is clever. It is just done, and then measured.
Why is this cheaper than the other website design company quotes we have had?
Because our overheads are lower, not because the work is. We are a small studio running from Chiang Mai rather than a city office with a sales team, and we pass that on. The build itself is hand-written by a senior engineer, which is more than several of those agencies will be giving you.
What is the difference between Small, Medium and Large?
Small is compact and sharp: everything a firm needs to look serious, load instantly and be readable by the assistants, with nothing padded out to justify a number. Medium is the full system with room to grow into, a content engine your team can use, and the client-facing paths that turn a visit into a booking. Large is for ambitious or genuinely complex work and we scope it before quoting. We do not sell by page count, because the eighth page is rarely what makes a project bigger.
Do you write the content?
We structure it, and we will draft it where that helps, but the expertise has to come from you because that is the part that makes it worth quoting. What we will not do is fill your site with generated filler, which is the fastest way to become invisible to the same assistants we are trying to get you into.
Do you work with law firms and accounting practices specifically?
They are where we are strongest. Law firm website design and accountancy sites have the same shape: real expertise, a lot of repeatable process, and a site that does neither justice. The pages that win in those categories are the ones that answer a specific question completely, which is exactly what we build for and what the assistants quote.
What happens to our URLs and our rankings?
A redirect map is built from your real traffic data before switch-over, so every URL that earns you anything today lands on its equivalent. The old site stays up and untouched until the new one is verified from the outside.
